Join us for an intimate and rejuvenating experience designed to harmonize your qi through the combined practices of acupuncture and sound therapy. In this small group setting, limited to eight participants, you'll receive personalized attention to promote deep relaxation and holistic healing.

What to Expect:

  • Acupuncture Session: Elizabeth Fuqua, L.Ac., will administer gentle acupuncture focusing on the ears, hands, and feet. This approach aims to balance energy pathways, alleviate stress, and enhance overall well-being.

  • Sound Bath Meditation: During the acupuncture, immerse yourself in a sound bath led by Elise Kindya. Utilizing traditional bowl and chime instruments, Elise will create soothing, echoing sounds designed to reduce stress, fatigue, and symptoms of depression.

Preparation:

  • Attire: Wear comfortable clothing to allow for ease during the session.

  • Setting: Participants will recline on comfortable cushions in a serene environment, facilitating a state of deep relaxation.

Meet Your Acupuncturist

Elizabeth is a Nationally Board Certified and state certified acupuncturist licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine. She is a graduate of the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine’s Master of Science Degree in Acupuncture (M.S.Ac.) program.


Meet Your Sound Healer

Elise Kindya is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in private practice in Richmond, VA. Her passion is in helping people reclaim their lives from trauma by holding a safe therapeutic space for her clients. Elise uses different modalities in her work, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), mindfulness, is a Master Reiki Practitioner and has started incorporating sound baths into these experiential sessions. You can find Elise on IG: @elisekindya, on her podcast "Returning Home",  in her office in Carytown, snuggling her dogs on the couch or taking a self-care day.
