Elizabeth started out teaching yoga in college and loved helping people move better and feel more at home in their bodies. She wanted to take that work deeper, so she trained in acupuncture and eventually opened Vital Qi.

With a background in energy work, Thai massage, and a deep respect for traditional medicine, Nancy’s journey into acupuncture has been anything but linear, and that’s exactly what makes her perspective so grounded and unique.
